Caleb Archer

Caleb Archer possesses extensive experience in the construction and operations sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Renovia since April 2018, Caleb participates in pre-construction meetings to assess customer expectations and project requirements. As a Board Member at Reformation Inc. since February 2017 and a former Operations Manager at Reformation Construction LLC from December 2015 to April 2018, responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, material procurement, leading estimations, conducting safety meetings, and managing customer relations. Earlier experience as an Electrician at ATC Electric from March 2007 to August 2011 provided foundational industry skills. Caleb holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Indianapolis, obtained in 2011.
