Josh Davis

Josh Davis currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Renovia, overseeing a sales team within a commercial construction company specializing in coatings and repairs since December 2022. With extensive military experience, Josh holds the role of Recon Platoon Leader in the Pennsylvania National Guard since February 2017, where responsibilities include mission planning and training soldiers. Previous roles include District Sales Manager at State Industrial Products, where Josh managed a sales team and exceeded sales targets, and Outside Sales Representative positions at Five Star International and Fastenal Company, focusing on business development in the construction sector. Josh also has coaching experience as a Junior High Baseball Coach at Penn Manor High School. Josh earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
