Michael Shaffer

Michael Shaffer has diverse work experience, starting in the year 2000 as an Associate at DiamondCluster International. Michael later joined Brown Gibbons Lang & Company as a Vice President, where they successfully sold multiple middle-market companies. Michael then moved on to Wynnchurch Capital as a Senior Associate, where they sourced and evaluated investment opportunities. After that, they joined Landauer, Inc., first as Director of Corporate Development and later as Vice President of Finance & Strategy. During this time, they led various acquisitions and played an instrumental role in the company's growth. Following this, they served as Chief Financial Officer at two different companies, The Stepping Stones Group and IZI Medical. Michael then worked as Vice President of Operations at Shore Capital Partners, where they launched the company's internal consulting group. Most recently, they assumed the position of Principal, Portfolio Operations at New Harbor Capital, where they provided financial and accounting support to portfolio company management teams. Michael is currently the Chief Financial Officer at RENOVO Solutions, starting in July 2022.

Michael Shaffer has an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Accounting from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern University, completing their undergraduate education from 1993 to 1997.
