Conor Hayes

Conor Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Conor began their career at Bank of America as a Technology Solutions Consultant, where they implemented network integration projects and provided support to meet strategic goals. Conor then moved on to Emerald Tech Consulting, where they served as an Infrastructure Project Manager, working on various infrastructure and application solutions for clients such as Providian Financial.

Afterwards, Hayes joined FedEx as an IT Operations Manager, overseeing infrastructure and support organizations. Conor played a key role in upgrading the company's IT infrastructure and managing vendor relationships.

Hayes then worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as an ICT Project Manager, responsible for managing projects and supporting the company's IT environment.

Conor later joined Kentech International as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, and Sea Fibre Networks as an IT Project Manager.

Most recently, Hayes has been working at Rent. as the Director of Corporate Infrastructure, where they oversee infrastructure initiatives and manages a team. Prior to this role, they held positions as Senior Manager of Infrastructure, Infrastructure Manager, and Senior IT Project Manager at Rent.

Throughout their career, Hayes has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing projects and implementing IT solutions that support business objectives. Conor has experience in budget management, vendor selection, and architecture design.

Conor Hayes has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University College Cork. Conor also has a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems from the same institution. Additionally, Conor has obtained several certifications including CCA - Citrix Certified Administrator from Citrix, CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Administrator from Cisco, ITIL from OGC, MCSE W2K/2003 & MCITP 2008 from Microsoft, PMP - Project Management Professional from PMI, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
