Matt Carroll

Matt Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Matt started their career as a Marketing/Database Intern at Winstar Mortgage Partners in 2003. Matt then worked as a Campus Operator/Help Desk Operator at San Jose State University: University Telecommunications Services from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a Caller at San Jose State University: Call Center from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on generating donations from alumni and building relationships. In 2011, they served as an Admissions Counselor Team Lead at Ashford University, recruiting and enrolling students while ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Matt also briefly worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Verma Group, Inc. Later in 2011, they joined Endeavor Telecom as a Field Operations Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and scheduling Field Engineers across the US and Canada. Matt then joined Rent. in 2012 as an Account Manager, providing troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues while identifying new sales opportunities. Matt later became a Quality Assurance Specialist (Save Desk) and Team Lead, responsible for analyzing customer support data and implementing solutions to improve customer retention and increase sales. Matt's most recent role at Rent. is as a Sr. Sales Executive, where they help clients achieve occupancy and NOI goals and has been recognized as a President's Club winner in 2019 and 2021.

Matt Carroll attended San Jose State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
