Randall Shulin

Randall Shulin is the Founder and CEO of RPSI Group since 2003. In 2011, they joined Renters Reference Services, Inc. where they held the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Vice President.

Randall Shulin attended Woodward Academy from 1987 to 1994. In 1996, they enrolled at The University of Georgia and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Real Estate, in 2000. In terms of certifications, they obtained a CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) designation from the National Apartment Association in 2010. Randall is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia since 2003, and a Real Estate Broker in Florida, although the year of their qualification is unknown.
