Scott C. Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2006, they served as the Senior Director at Peninsula Community Center, where they successfully re-engineered a budget, saving over $100,000 without impacting staff or assets. Scott C. also played a key role in restructuring and integrating a new website, leading to increased web traffic and customer acquisition. From 2009 to 2012, Scott served as the Executive Pastor & Director of Internal Operations at Bayside Church. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of internal operations and effectively managed communication with various stakeholders. From 2012 to 2014, Scott served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Courage Worldwide, Inc., where they partnered with local communities and vendors to fight against child sex trafficking through fundraising efforts and awareness campaigns. Scott then moved on to 3 Strands Inc., where they served as the President of Business Advancement from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they led efforts to combat human trafficking by negotiating fundraising efforts and expanding the organization's growth. Since 2018, Scott has been with HomeRiver Group as the Vice President of Property Services, responsible for overseeing property activities and financial planning across 38 states, with a budget of $50 million annually. Recently, in 2021, they joined Renters Warehouse as the Vice President of Portfolio Construction.

Scott C. Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & Business Management from Westmont College in 1997. Furthermore, they obtained a license as an Agent from the California Department of Real Estate in 2017 and a license as a Contractor from the California State Licensing Board (CSLB).
