Andy Ransom

Andy Ransom has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rentokil Initial plc since October 2013, leading the company, a global leader in Pest Control and Hygiene & Wellbeing services with approximately 46,000 employees. Prior to this role, Andy Ransom held various positions at ICI plc from 1986 to 2008, including Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and General Counsel/Company Secretary, as well as roles in the Americas and for the ICI Explosives division. Andy Ransom's academic background includes a degree from the University of Southampton.
