Aanand Kumar Pandey

Aanand Kumar Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aanand Kumar started their career as an Assistant HR at Dayal Seed in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Aanand Kumar then joined Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. as a Senior Officer- Human Resources from September 2008 to April 2012. Aanand gained experience in different industries such as Retail, Agriculture, and E-commerce during their time at Utsav Fashion Pvt. Ltd. from May 2012 to December 2018. There, they held the positions of Human Resources and Celebrity and Deputy HR Operations Manager. Currently, Aanand is working at RentoMojo as the Head of Human Resources Operations since October 2020, after serving as the Human Resources Manager from December 2018 to October 2020.

Aanand Kumar Pandey completed their secondary education in 2000 at Saraswati Sishu Nikitan, Jaipur. The following year, they enrolled at Tagore Public School, Jaipur, and completed their high school education in 2002. In 2005, Aanand obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Rajasthan. Continuing their education, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's of Science from EIILM University from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, Aanand earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
