Tobias Glueck

Tobias Glueck is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the SVP of Human Relations at Rentschler Biopharma SE since October 2022, Tobias previously held the position of Head People & Organisation at Novartis Deutschland from February 2018 to September 2022. Tobias's career at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, spanned from July 2001 to September 2016, where Tobias held multiple roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for both Surface Systems and Subsea Systems. During this tenure, Tobias was instrumental in driving workforce expansion, leading HR integration during mergers, and implementing talent development initiatives. Earlier in the career, Tobias served as a Director of Human Resources for Subsea Systems in the Western Hemisphere and as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. The career began at Konica Minolta Europe as an HR Specialist. Tobias holds a BA in Business Administration from Hochschule Weserbergland, Hameln.
