Michael Rauch

Michael Rauch has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael is currently serving as the General Counsel at RentSpree since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BlackLine for 11 years as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Before joining BlackLine, they were the Corporate Counsel at LRN Corporation from April 2007 to August 2011. Michael also served as Corporate Counsel at Princess Cruises/Cunard Line from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as an Attorney at Rosen, Feig & Golland, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, and Hill & Barlow (now: DLA Piper).

Michael Rauch obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Political Science from New York University between 1989 and 1993. In 1997, they enrolled at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where they earned their Master of Arts degree in International Law in 1999. Michael then went on to attend Boston College Law School from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree. In 2017, they received a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate from Duolingo.
