Xi Lian

Xi Lian has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. From 2011 to 2014, Xi worked at Amazon as an Instock Manager II and later as a Product Manager I. Xi then joined Google in 2016, working in Business Operations & Strategy until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Xi held multiple roles at Compass, including Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, and Group Product Manager. Most recently, Xi joined CaptivateIQ in 2021 as a Group Product Manager until 2023, when Xi became the Director of Product Management at RentSpree.

Xi Lian completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Xi Lian pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Wharton School. Simultaneously during the same period, Xi Lian also obtained a Master's Degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
