Tara Dilello

Tara DiLello has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tara currently works as the Human Resources Director at Renu Contracting and Restoration starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at Donnelly Mechanical Corporation from April 2019 to November 2021. Previously, Tara worked as the HR/Payroll Manager at Renu Contracting and Restoration from April 2018 to April 2019, and at B&G Electrical Contractors of New York from July 2013 to March 2018. Tara started their career as a Payroll Administrator at The PAR Group in September 2002, where they worked until July 2013.

Tara DiLello holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nassau Community College. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in April 2017 and SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2016.
