Amol Raiker

Amol Raiker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Amol began their career in 2002 at Mac CZ as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for animation and programming for various software features and handling computerization projects for State Bank of Indore branches. In 2003, they joined Renu Electronics Pvt. Ltd. as a Development Engineer, writing code for software features. Amol then progressed to the role of Project Team Lead, where they led a software team, scheduled and tracked development tasks, and standardized release and version control processes. Amol subsequently became a Project Manager, responsible for planning and executing new product development projects, software releases, and change management. Amol also led cross-functional teams and managed QMS certification activities. In 2011, Amol transitioned to the role of Product Manager, handling product management for Industrial Automation products and building relationships with customers and suppliers. Amol later became a Business Unit Manager and then BU Head, before taking on their current role as the Head of Sales and Marketing for Renu Electronics' Factory Automation business, with a goal of shaping a futuristic sales organization.

Amol Raiker obtained an MBA (Executive) degree in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Applications from Institute of Management Training and Research from 1998 to 2001.
