Laura Eyman, M.B.A. has held a variety of roles since 1999. Laura began their career as a Registered Nurse in various nursing positions, where they cared for ICU patients with multiple morbidities and led pre-operative classes for open heart and lung surgical patients. In 2008, they became an Electrophysiology RN at St. David's Medical Center, where they assisted with defibrillator/pacemaker implants and electrophysiology studies, including ablations. In 2009, they were hired as a Value Analysis Coordinator at University Health System, where they coordinated all operational and financial aspects of the clinical value analysis component. In 2010, they became an Account Manager at Stryker Sustainability Solutions, where they developed and executed strategic plans, offered savings solutions, created implementation plans, and provided technical support and training of surgical and support staff. In 2013, they were hired at HCA as a Clinical Resource Director, where they worked with facility leadership/supply chain team to implement the strategic direction of supply expense management program while maintaining patient safety and improving clinical outcomes. In 2021, they joined Renu Robotics as Director of Strategic Sourcing and a Member of the Board of Directors.
Laura Eyman, M.B.A. has an extensive educational background. In 1998, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word. In 1999, they obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the Texas Board of Nursing. From 2008 to 2010, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from Baker College of Flint. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Science in Finance, General from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
