Prior to their current role, Eric worked at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) from 2017 to 2022, where they held several positions including Head of Supply Chain Transformation and Vice President of New Installation Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the value chain from initial bid to customer turnover, overseeing engineering, new installation operations, fulfillment teams, and installation methods & standards for North America. Eric also implemented standardized tools and methods across product lines, identifying quality, efficiency, and safety opportunities in product characteristics and installation methods.

Before joining Schindler Elevator Corporation, Eric served as the Director of Operations at Terminix from 2014 to 2016, Senior Manager of Field Services and Support at UTC- Otis Elevator Co. from 2013 to 2014, and Global Field Services Manager at UTC Climate, Controls & Security from 2011 to 2013. Eric B. also worked as a District Operations Manager at SimplexGrinnell in 2009 and as a New Equipment and Service Operations Manager at Otis Elevator Co. from 2002 to 2009.

Eric began their career in the US Navy as a Supply Corps Officer, serving from 1996 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in operations management, supply chain optimization, and implementing effective processes and standards.

Eric B. Hayes, MBA, has an extensive education history in various fields. Eric B. graduated from Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 2002 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Operations, Logistics, and Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biological Sciences from DePauw University. Additionally, they attended the Navy Supply Corps School and completed the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), where they studied Nuclear Engineering.
