Amir Shiner has held a variety of roles in the tech industry over the past 26 years. In 1995, they began their career at Kulick and Soffa as a Product Engineer and Product Line Manager. In 1999, they took the role of CEO at MTRE Advanced Technologies Ltd., where they restructured the company, increased initial revenues, and led sales and marketing activities worldwide. From 2007 to 2011, they were the CEO of EnzySurge, where they successfully closed two investment rounds of $8M and led the team through the development and FDA clearance of a special wound care system. From 2011 to 2014, they were the CEO of BioProtect Ltd., where they formulated a go-to-market strategy and raised $4M. From 2014 to 2020, they were the VP Medical Devices at Aran R&D, where they established and developed a medical device division, formulated the unit's strategy, and managed system engineering and architecture. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer at RepAir Carbon Capture.
Amir Shiner attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bsc in Mechanical Engineering.
