Naama Gluz is an experienced R&D researcher currently working at RepAir Carbon Capture since December 2021. Prior to this role, Naama Gluz pursued a PhD at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021, and served as a teaching assistant and course coordinator for a youth excellence project. Naama Gluz also conducted research on manganese clusters for water splitting during an academic career that included earning a Master's degree in Chemistry from Technion from 2014 to 2017 and a Bachelor's degree from Bar-Ilan University from 2005 to 2008. Earlier experience includes working in Israeli Military Intelligence from 2008 to 2014, focusing on metal coatings R&D and quality control engineering for various materials.
