Ben Alpert is an experienced educator and leader with a diverse background in language instruction and community engagement. Currently serving as a Fellow at Repair the World since August 2019, Ben previously taught English as a foreign language to Chinese students at EF English First and was involved in educational initiatives through various roles, including American Vice Chair for the Taiwan-America Student Conference. Other significant experiences include serving as a Parent Liaison at LaAmistad, Inc., teaching 5th graders at Jewish Kids Groups Foundation, conducting linguistic research at Emory University, and leading activities at Camp Bauercrest. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Linguistics from Emory University, emphasizing a strong commitment to education and cross-cultural communication.
