Ailish Groves is an experienced professional with a diverse background in membership recruitment and management, having served as Membership Team Leader at Repak since April 2017, where responsibilities include recruiting new members and overseeing compliance across various industries in Ireland. Previous roles include Key Account Manager and Business Development & Accounts at Amon Electronics, Store Manager at hmv Ireland & Xtra-vision Ltd, and Franchisee Owner of two Bagel Factory locations. Ailish also has foundational experience as an Administrative Receptionist at The Heritage Golf & Spa Resort and began a career in retail as a Trainee Assistant Manager with Golden Disc Group.
