Cheryl Halbert is the founder and CEO of REPCARDz. Cheryl has over 12 years of experience in the cardiovascular medical device industry. Cheryl started their career as a sales representative for Cornerstone Biopharma in July 2005. In August 2006, they joined MedNet Resources as a cardiovascular medical device sales representative. In February 2007, they joined Medtronic as a technical service representative. In October 2012, they became a senior structural heart sales representative for Medtronic. In May 2019, they left Medtronic to start REPCARDz.

Cheryl has been successful throughout their career in the medical device industry. Cheryl was the regional spokeswoman for the National Contracts Negotiation Committee and successfully led and implemented the Avalus objection messaging initiative with the South Central Region. In FY2014, they were named Rookie of the Year. In FY2018, they achieved 120% to plan in heart valve repair and revascularization.

Cheryl Halbert has a BS in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and certification from NovoEd in Certification - Venture Deals. Cheryl also has certification from Invited MBA in Invited MBA - Fall 2019 Graduate and Women's Business Council - Southwest in National Women's Business Enterprise Certification (WBENC) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Cert.
