Role Overview

We’re seeking a versatile and proactive Director of GTM Operations to lead the execution of high-priority initiatives that directly impact our growth and operations. This role is ideal for a resourceful, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategy into actionable outcomes. You will collaborate across teams, interact with clients and partners, and create lasting processes that drive operational excellence.

What you will own:

  • Project Execution: Lead key strategic initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Research & Strategic Framing: Conduct in-depth research to evaluate new projects, provide recommendations, and frame the strategic direction for each initiative.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather input, share progress, and coordinate efforts for successful project outcomes.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Serve as a client-facing representative when engaging with prospects, clients, and partners to provide updates, gather insights, and strengthen relationships.
  • Reporting: Track and measure project outcomes, providing regular updates and comprehensive reports to the executive team.
  • Process Development: Document workflows and best practices to create scalable playbooks that streamline future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in project management, business operations, consulting, or a related field. Client-facing experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Strong commercial, research and analytical skills to frame strategic decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when interacting with executives, clients, and partners.
    • High attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Comfort in documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
  • Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, etc.) and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, or similar).
  • Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys solving complex problems.

The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $200,000.00 OTE. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
