David Ruckert

David Ruckert has a diverse work experience in various roles. David started their career as a Social Media Administrator in the Can-Am League, where they were responsible for updating player transactions and creating graphic content.

David then worked in the URBN group's Human Resources department for a brief period before transitioning to the Lancaster Barnstormers baseball team. There, they served as an Analytics Coach and later as a Coaching Intern/Baseball Operations Assistant.

In 2020, David worked as an Instructor at D-BAT West Houston and as an Assistant Coach for the Franklin Duelers. David also coached the TB Rays' JJ Goss as the Hitting and Fielding Coach for the Hunter Pence Baseball Academy's 2020 Class.

David's experience in player development extends to their role as an Instructor for Player Development, where they trained Division I, Minor League, and Major League players. David utilized various techniques and drills to enhance their skills.

David also worked as a Head Coach at Marucci Sports for over a year, leading the team and guiding players. Currently, David holds roles at RepeatMD, where they serve as both a Senior Implementation Specialist and a Senior Onboarding Specialist. In these positions, they manage partnerships, drives growth, and increases revenue for medical aesthetic practices.

David Ruckert's education history begins in 2017 when they attended California Baptist University. David pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and completed their studies in 2020. In that same year, they also took a course on Sabermetrics at Boston University.
