Thomas Anthony Johnson, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development at Replacements, Ltd., where responsibilities include developing and leading the organization’s training strategy. With prior experience as a Training Manager at Burlington Beer Works and Training Coordinator at Martha's Country Bakery, Thomas has a strong background in frontline training and staff management. Additional experience includes serving as Front Of House Manager at the West Bank Cafe, where operational efficiency and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Thomas holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Catawba College.
