Joe Scarboro

Joe Scarboro has a wealth of experience in various roles across a number of industries. Joe began their career in 2012 investigating tech startups, and in 2015 co-founded Unicorn Hunt, a job board for startups which was acquired in 2017. In 2016, they founded Touchpaper Innovation Ltd, and was also an Advisory Partner for Tech Nation's Tier 1 Visa Scheme. In 2018, they became a mentor for the Leaders in Innovation Fellowship at the Royal Academy of Engineering, and in 2020 they became CFO of Replan and Chair of Tenterden Counselling Service. In 2021, they became a mentor for the Design Museum's Entrepreneurs Hub and also began mentoring companies and individuals across a number of areas.

Joe Scarboro's education history includes studying Accountancy at Bromley College of Further and Higher Education from 1996 to 1999, and studying Accountancy at BPP Holborn from 1999 to 2002. Joe also holds certifications from The Museum of Modern Art, The University of Edinburgh, Yale University, and ACCA. These certifications include Modern Art & Ideas (Coursera) obtained in August 2022, Introduction to Philosophy (Coursera) obtained in August 2021, Moral Foundations of Politics (Coursera) obtained in July 2020, Introduction to Psychology (Coursera) obtained in February 2020, and FCCA obtained in November 2002.
