Stephen Phillips

Stephen Phillips has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the technology and music sectors. Currently serving as Chairman at Replica Studios since January 2018, Stephen previously held the position of CEO at Splash, a company focused on the future of music, from January 2017 to March 2024. Earlier career highlights include serving as CEO of Mawson Ventures from December 2015 to December 2021 and as Senior Staff Software Engineer at Twitter Inc. from November 2012 to June 2015. Additionally, Stephen was the CEO of We Are Hunted from 2007 until November 2012. Stephen Phillips earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Queensland between 1989 and 1993.
