Nicolas Beucher has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Nicolas began their career at IRCAD in 2009, where they worked in marketing communications.

In 2011, they joined Apple as a Trainer, responsible for employee and leadership training. Nicolas held this role until 2014, when they transitioned to the position of Training Lead.

Beucher then moved to SoftBank Robotics Europe in 2014, where they served as a Robotics Experience Leader and Product Owner. Nicolas played a crucial role in launching new robotics software products and managing an innovation lab during the acquisition of Aldebaran Robotics by SoftBank. Nicolas stayed with the company until 2016.

In 2016, Beucher joined SoftBank Robotics America as a Product Manager. Nicolas was responsible for the successful launch of a software solution for retailers and the implementation of voice interaction for Pepper's US launch. In 2017, they were promoted to Global Product Manager for Pepper the robot, leading the development of a new user-focused version of the robot and driving product strategy internationally. Nicolas left the company in 2020.

Beucher then moved to Luos in 2020, where they served as a Strategic Partnerships & Product Marketing Advisor. At Luos, they contributed to the development of an open-source embedded system architecture for universal and modular electronics. Nicolas worked in this role until 2021.

In 2021, Beucher joined Posh (YC W22) as the Head of Product, where they led product development and management. Nicolas stayed with the company until 2022.

Currently, they are working at Replicant as a Product Manager, starting in 2022.

Nicolas Beucher holds a Juris Doctor (equivalent) degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg. Nicolas also has a Bachelor's degree (equivalent) in Marketing from ISCOM. In terms of additional certifications, Nicolas is UX Certified by the Nielsen Norman Group, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance, and holds a Software Product Management (SPM®) Certificate from Product School.
