Dexter Yan

Dexter Yan has worked for a number of companies in a variety of roles. In 2011, they were a Part-time Research Assistant at City University of Hong Kong. In 2012, they were an Electronic Engineer at Googolplex Electric Co. Ltd. In 2014, they were a Developer at EXICON Ltd. From 2015 to 2019, they were a System Engineer (DevOps) and Analyst Programmer at South China Morning Post SCMP. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Zegal and MATTR. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer at Replicated.

Dexter Yan completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Electronic and Information Engineering from City University of Hong Kong between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Automation from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University between 2007 and 2011. In 2016, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera Course Certificates.
