Andrew Scanlon

Director Of Manufacturing, Systems & Hardware at Repligen

Andrew Scanlon has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as an Engineering Intern at Web Industries, where they developed and installed components in a medical label printing line. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Oasys Water as a Design Engineer, responsible for designing and developing an integrated FO system. Andrew also worked on various maintenance and field operation projects. In 2014, they became a Project Engineer II at Oasys Water.

In 2004, Scanlon joined FedEx Ground as a Yard Switcher/Package Handler and worked there until 2011.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Pall Corporation, where they held several roles including Sr. Project Engineer/Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director, Process Engineering, Biotech, PASS. Andrew was responsible for managing teams, collaborating on projects, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Currently, Scanlon is with Repligen Corporation, where they serve as the Director of Manufacturing, Systems & Hardware. Andrew also previously held the position of Director of Engineering.

Andrew Scanlon earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering Science from Quinebaug Valley Community College in 2009. Andrew then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University in 2011.
