Lenice Armour has a strong work experience history in supply chain management and planning. Lenice has held various roles in several companies. Currently, they are the Director of Supply Chain Systems & Process at Repligen Corporation since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Planning from March 2018 onwards. Lenice also worked as an Associate Director of Planning at Repligen Corporation from January 2016. Before joining Repligen Corporation, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Life Technologies) from May 2013 to January 2016. Lenice also served as a Manager of Supply Chain at Life Technologies from 2011 to May 2013. Previously, they worked at Life Technologies (Applied Biosystems) as a Manager of Planning / Scheduling from 2007 to 2010. Lenice also held roles as a Supervisor of Planning & Scheduling and a Senior Planner / Scheduler, Production at Applied Biosystems from 2002 to 2007. Lenice began their career at PerSeptive Biosystems as a Planner / Scheduler in Production from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they worked at MIC Group / Electrospec as a Planning / Materials Supervisor and a Buyer / Planner from 1995 to 1999. Lenice started their career as a Purchasing Specialist at Universal Computer Systems from 1992 to 1995.

Lenice Armour obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management & Marketing from Sam Houston State University from 1987 to 1990.
