Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions for educational devices. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris contributes to the development of hardware for Digital Vision Touch (DViT) interactive whiteboards and educational tools. Prior experience includes roles as a firmware engineer, electronics contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, and electronics engineer at Grindcom, all contributing to a diverse skill set in electronics design, firmware development, and educational support. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
