Eric Guzman

Eric Guzman is a skilled journalist currently serving as a Youth Sports Culture Beat Writer for Report for America since July 2023. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a journalist for El Central Hispanic News from June 2022 to July 2023 and gained experience as a newsroom intern at WDET 101.9 FM Detroit's NPR Station between October 2022 and February 2023. Additionally, Eric contributed as a writer for Woodward Sports Network from September to November 2022. Eric's professional journey also includes various positions at Wireless Vision, including Retail Assistant Manager, Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Retail Sales Associate/Mobile Expert, from June 2016 to July 2023. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Screen Studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completed in May 2019, and has attended Wayne State University and Henry Ford College.
