Robyn Kraus, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished Sr. Technical Writer with extensive experience in technical documentation and project management across various industries, including finance and healthcare. At ReportsNow Inc. since April 2020, Robyn has honed skills in technical writing, while previous roles at Western Union involved supervising global training projects and launching strategic partnerships.
