Krystal Garcia Centeno

Krystal Garcia Centeno is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in strategy, engagement, and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Strategy & Engagement Coordinator at re:power since March 2023, Krystal previously worked as the National Organizing Administrator for Sierra Club from August 2022 to June 2023 and held the position of Operations and Finance Manager at Warehouse Workers for Justice from December 2020 to July 2022. Earlier roles include Training & Development Manager at Progressive Turnout Project and Voter Engagement Organizer at Planned Parenthood of Illinois. Krystal's career began at Peters for Illinois as a Field Operations Organizer and as a Service Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Academically, Krystal is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Management at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Joliet Junior College.
