Caroline Palacios

Caroline Palacios is an accomplished professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Senior Refining Challenge and Global Analysis Team Leader at Repsol since January 2016. Caroline has led the development and implementation of a comprehensive decarbonization plan for Repsol's refinery portfolio and oversees performance enhancements and profit maximization across multiple facilities. Previous roles include Strategic Planning & Analysis Team Leader and Process Engineer at Repsol, as well as a Planning Engineer responsible for coordinating production objectives with plant operations.
