Laurent Nicod

Laurent Nicod is a seasoned graphic designer and the owner of Bitdesign, a visual communication studio established in 1996, focusing on personalized and original solutions for clients. In addition to leading Bitdesign, Laurent has extensive experience working on various external mandates as a graphic designer for multiple organizations, including the Repubblica e Cantone Ticino, where projects involved architectural graphics and signage. Responsibilities also include visual communication design for institutions like the Istituto di Ricerca e Educazione in Medicina Dentale IRED and the Associazione Il Tragitto. Laurent has contributed to the development of corporate identities for several entities, including the Unione Farmaceutica Distribuzione SA and the Comune di Collina d'Oro. Furthermore, Laurent has a teaching role at the CSIA, sharing knowledge in multimedia and graphic design, complemented by professional development courses for educators. Educational qualifications include a degree in Graphic Design from SSAA and earlier studies in Decorative Arts from CSIA.
