Jean-Paul Belgeri

Jean-Paul Belgeri has extensive experience in IT and service management, currently serving as Directeur des Services aux Clients at the Office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) since October 2014. Prior to this role, Belgeri held positions such as IT Division Manager for the State of Geneva and Technical Design Authority - Program Director at Orange Business Services, where responsibilities included managing complex international communication solutions. Belgeri also worked at Capital Group as Senior Service and Program Manager, focusing on service management improvements, and spent over two decades at Hewlett-Packard in various roles including Software Sales Manager and Consulting & Integration Manager. Belgeri's educational background includes studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne and the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland.
