Jayce R. Horrocks

Jayce R. Horrocks has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Jayce R. began their career in 2009 as an Infantry in the United States Marine Corps, showcasing their dedication and commitment to service. After completing their military service in 2012, they joined Reynolds American, Inc. as a Division Sales Manager, where they gained valuable experience in sales management.

In 2016, Jayce moved to Prestige Consumer Healthcare, initially working as a National Account Manager in the Convenience Store channel. Their exceptional performance led to their promotion as Director of Sales for the same channel in 2020, where they successfully led a team and achieved impressive results.

In 2021, they joined Hyland's Naturals as a Sales Director, further enhancing their expertise in sales and business development. While at Hyland's Naturals, they spearheaded sales initiatives and contributed to the company's growth until 2023.

Currently, Jayce is the Director of Field Sales at Republic Brands, a role they assumed in early 2023. Their extensive knowledge and experience in sales management make him a valuable asset to the company as they lead the field sales team to drive revenue and achieve objectives.

Jayce R. Horrocks completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Jayce attended Bellevue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing Management.
