Andy Armstrong

Andy Armstrong has a diverse work experience in the HVAC industry. Andy is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Republic Companies since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the President and General Manager at BASE Solutions-YORK HVAC and was also the Director of Sales at the same company. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Fujitsu General America. Before that, they worked at Johnson Controls as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for VRF and North America Division. Andy also served as the Vice President of Sales for the West Region at Johnson Controls Unitary Products. In addition, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Johnson Controls Unitary Products, and as the Branch Regional Sales Manager at York International. Andy started their career at Capital Group, where they worked as the Vice President of HVAC Marketing and was responsible for product, promotion, pricing, and placement of HVAC products.

Andy Armstrong attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Andy then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Bradley University from 1990 to 1993.
