Kristy Trice

Kristy Trice, PMP, BRMP, has extensive experience in IT and project management. Kristy currently serves as the Senior Director of IT Support at Republic National Distributing Company, where they are responsible for leading the IT support team. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Commercial Support at the same company.

Before joining Republic National Distributing Company, Kristy held various leadership positions at Acosta. As the Senior Director of Shared Services Application Support, they led a multi-functional team and suppliers in delivering business and IT capabilities for shared services operations. Kristy also served as the Director of PMO, Vendor Management, and Systems Assurance, where they were responsible for the overall leadership of the Project Management Office and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, they worked as the Infrastructure PMO Senior Manager and Senior IT Business Relationship Manager, acting as a liaison between the IT department and the business units.

Earlier in their career, Kristy worked at L.L.Bean as an IT Business Relationship Manager and Manager of End User Computing Services. Kristy also had experience at HDI as the President of HDI vChapter and the Chairperson of HDI Desktop Support Advisory Board. Additionally, they worked at Warner Music Group as a Senior Manager of Customer Service and Procurement and at Intratek as a Help Desk Manager.

Kristy Trice, PMP, BRMP, holds an MBA with a specialization in a business-related field from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which was completed from 2001 to 2003. Kristy also earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Bryant University between 1991 and 1995. In addition to their degrees, Kristy Trice has obtained certifications in Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) from the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRMI) in 2015 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
