Puran Nebhnani

Chief Technology Officer at Republican National Committee

Puran Nebhnani has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Puran started their career as a Software Engineer at AT&T and has since worked at Alcatel-Lucent, Telcordia Technologies, Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, and Pharad, LLC, assuming various software engineering roles. Puran then joined Corvis/Broadwing Communications as a Senior Software Architect and Engineer for a period of five years. After that, they served as a Principal Consultant for National Geographic Society and US Marine Corps through SSG. Additionally, Puran co-founded BritSoft LLC, where they held a leadership role. Puran also worked as an adjunct professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland University College. More recently, Puran held multiple roles at the Republican National Committee, including Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Chief Technology Officer. Puran was responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, developing and launching new software products, and implementing a next-generation big data platform. Puran's work experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in the field of technology and software engineering.

Puran Nebhnani earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Software Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science from Monmouth University, which was completed from 1994 to 1996. Prior to this, Puran Nebhnani obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Management from St. Xavier's College.
