Rachel

Rachel has worked in a variety of industries, but has found their niche in human resources. Rachel started their career in finance, but quickly realized that their true passion was helping people. Rachel transitioned into content writing and editing, and then into virtual assistance and customer support. In their current role as HR manager at Repurpose House, they help the company run smoothly by managing employee relations, benefits, and training. Rachel is known for their strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.

Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics for Teachers from the Philippine Normal University. Rachel also has a Master in Business Administration from AMA University. Additionally, they have two diplomas - one in International Events Management from the New Skills Academy and one in Photography from Shaw Academy. Rachel also has a diploma in Graphic Design from Shaw Academy. Finally, they have a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from Life Skills Private Institute. Rachel also has certification from the Project Management Institute in Talent Management, Transformation Academy in Certified Employee Performance Coach, International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Human Resource Management, American Board of Neuro-Linguistics Programming in Certified Associate Neuro-Linguistics Programming Coach, and American Board of Neuro-Linguistics Programming in Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
