Samuel Shumake

Samuel Shumake has held a variety of roles since 2011. Samuel began as an Assistant Manager at TownHall Texas, then moved on to become a Cashier at Cinemark in 2014. In 2016, they took on the role of Lifeguard at DS Recreational Services, followed by Service Assistant at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. in 2017. That same year, they also worked as a Server at Pluckers Wing Bar. In 2019, they held three roles: Front Desk Agent at Comfort Suites, Development Intern at PMG Digital Agency, and Editor at The Pizza Press. Finally, in 2020, they became a Developer at REQ, where they developed commercial websites from the ground up and served as the lead developer on complete website builds for various companies.

Samuel Shumake completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at The University of Texas at Austin between 2015 and 2019. Samuel also received the Elements of Computing Certificate, Business Foundations Certificate, Food Handler License, and TABC Seller-Server Certification from the same institution during the same time period. In 2022, they began pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Penn State University, which is still in progress.
