Steven Kostant has over 20 years of experience in brand, creative, and digital strategy. Steven began their career in 1999 as a Creative Partner at iXL. In 2002, they became an Executive Creative Strategist at Planit Agency, where they were responsible for developing integrated marketing, brand strategies for organizational and business objectives. Steven then moved to Fleishman Hillard in 2008, where they served as Senior Vice President and Partner. In 2009, they became a Faculty for the Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations & Corporate Communications at Georgetown University. In 2014, they took on the role of Executive Integrated Marketing Strategist at Kuhn Foundation and Executive Brand Innovation Strategist at Unison Agency. In 2015, they became a Senior Brand, Creative & Digital Strategist at REQ (formerly RepEquity). Steven has worked with clients such as American Chemical Society, Amazon, eBay, CRSA (GDIT), Jefferson Hotel, PayPal, Source America, Sweetgreen, Tangled Bank Studios (HHMI) and Waymo.

Steven Kostant obtained a MS in Visual Studies from the Media Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Film & Television from New York University.
