Monte Talley has a diverse background in supervisory roles and talent scouting within the construction and entrepreneurial sectors. Currently serving as a Supervisor at RES Contractors since January 2022, Monte previously held the position of Silver Presidential Director as an Entrepreneur/Talent Scout from October 2013 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a Supervisor role at Performance Contractors from February 2018 to January 2022 and a Heavy Equipment Operator position at Turner Industries from February 2002 to January 2016.
