Marcus Moberg

Marcus Moberg is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Professor at Åbo Akademi since August 2020 and as an Academy Research Fellow with the Academy of Finland since September 2018. Previous positions include Senior Researcher at Åbo Akademi University from January 2015 to August 2018, where Marcus led the YARG study on young adults' religious subjectivities and values, as well as a Senior Researcher in 2014 for the PCCR study on post-secular culture in Finland. Marcus also held a postdoctoral researcher role with the Academy of Finland from 2011 to 2014. Marcus obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Comparative Religion from Åbo Akademi University in 2009.
