Lara Flores

Lara Flores serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at RDI - Research & Development Institute since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in project management and operations within the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Laboratory Operations at NeoGenomics Laboratories, where responsibilities spanned several directorial and senior directorial positions focused on project management for Pharma Services. Prior experiences encompass management roles at Beaufort CRO, GE Healthcare, LabCorp, Pathway Diagnostics, Amgen, One Lambda, Inc., and UCLA Health System, highlighting expertise in managing clinical trials, assay development, operational strategies, and team leadership. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UCLA.
