Anna Obenauf

Anna Obenauf is a Group Leader at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology. Prior to this role, Anna worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center under the supervision of PI Joan Massague, PhD. Anna completed their PhD at the Medical University of Graz focusing on single cell analysis and the molecular characterization of genetic events in colon cancer progression. Additionally, Anna has experience as a Research Scientist at dkfz - German Cancer Research Center and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, with a strong background in array CGH techniques. Anna also has research internship experience at the University of Graz working on projects related to Vitamin analysis and the influence of coffee consumption on oxidative stress.
