Caroline Novak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Engineering Co-op at SolEpoxy, Inc., where they assisted in fabricating and evaluating epoxy formulations for various applications. During their tenure, they successfully corrected errors in technical data sheets. In 2017, they also participated in the SURES Summer Research program at Case Western Reserve University, conducting research on thin films for CIGS solar cells.

In 2018, Caroline joined Epic as a Technical Services team member, specializing in radiology. Caroline collaborated with analysts to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems and workflows. Later in the same year, they began working at AprilAire as an Electronics Test Technician, where they conducted manual testing of firmware functionality on HVAC controls. Caroline also performed system testing of Wi-Fi connected devices using AprilAire's IoT cloud platform.

Caroline's role at AprilAire evolved over time, and they subsequently held positions as a Firmware Test Engineer and an Engineer II - Electronics. In these roles, they contributed to the development and testing of electronics and firmware for HVAC systems. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Senior Product Approval Engineer at AprilAire.

Throughout their work experience, Caroline has demonstrated attention to detail, investigative skills, organization, reliability, and strong communication abilities.

Caroline Novak completed their education from 2009 to 2013 at Maine South High School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled at Case Western Reserve University from 2013 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a specialization in Engineering Physics.
