Amy Souder

Amy Souder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning technologies and operational management. Currently serving as the Global Learning Operations and Technology Manager at RTI International since April 2018, Amy oversees operations and manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and Career Development platform. Previous roles include Learning Technology Manager & LMS Administrator at Lenovo and Training and Development Specialist at Pioneer Investments, where Amy developed training programs and identified skills gaps to enhance operational efficiency. Amy began their career as a Telephone Operator at Accurate Communications, where responsibilities included managing communications for over 300 callers daily. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
